Job Description:

  • Provide table service
  • Take phone orders according to our sales protocol and serve customers picking up their orders at the counter
  • Manage online orders and deliveries
  • Assist with certain kitchen duties
  • Ensure orders are accurate and properly presented to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform any other tasks related to preparing for service

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing, and positive. Experience is an asset, but if you don’t have any, no worries—we have a great training program to get you started!

Job Description:

  • Prepare sushi according to our established menu recipes
  • Complete food prep and set up ingredients for service
  • Follow our presentation standards
  • Adapt to customers’ specific requests, including preferences, allergies, and intolerances
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards while working with the team to keep the restaurant clean
  • Perform any other duties related to the position

  • Complete the restaurant’s weekly inventory

  • Oversee and supervise the training of new employees
  • Manage and support staff, providing guidance and answering questions
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience
