Shipping policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can contact us at info@sushitaxi.ca. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 511 rue Vachon, Trois-Rivières, G0A 3R0.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
