What is the Taxi Program and what are the conditions?
The Taxi Program lets you accumulate kilometres (points) to redeem for discounts, free items, and promotions. Key conditions: $1 spent = 10 km earned, valid in-restaurant and online. The welcome offer (sushi pizza) expires after 7 days. Free visits (5 makis) are activated after 4 online orders of $25 minimum.
I forgot to scan my card during my purchase — how can I get my points / my visit?
No worries. Send us an email at info@sushitaxi.ca. Include a copy of your receipt along with your Sushi Taxi loyalty card number, give us the email address you used to sign up for the program, and we'll help you recover the missing points or visit.
Can I convert my points into cash?
No, it is not possible to convert your points into dollars.
Can I share my points with my friends?
No, points are not transferable.
How can I redeem my points?
Log in to your online account and use your points at checkout.
How can I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance after logging in to the ordering site.
I lost my card. What should I do?
Send an email to info@sushitaxi.ca for help.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Go to your account page and click “Get a password.”
